We all experience loss at some paint in our lives. Feelings of grief and loss are not always associated with death, it can be due to any semblance of loss- whether it is the loss of a loved one, a severed relationship, pregnancy, pet, or employment. These feelings can be overwhelming, and it can be difficult to manage them. These emotions can manifest into physical reactions, such as aches and pains, insomnia, fatigue, nausea, to name a few.
